What you can write about

Tell us if a conversion fails or the result looks wrong, if a format you need is missing, if something on a page is unclear or mistaken, or if you have a question about privacy or your data. Suggestions and offers to help with translations are welcome too.

How to report a problem

The more we know, the faster it gets fixed. Please include your browser and device (for example Chrome on Windows, or Safari on iPhone), the type and size of the file, the format you chose, and the exact message you saw. Please do not send private photos. If a sample helps, send one you are happy to share.

What we will never ask for

We will never ask for a password, payment details or your private pictures. If someone claims to be ManyFormat and asks for any of these, it is not us.

Before you write

Many questions are already answered on the tool pages. Each one explains when to use that conversion, what can be lost, and how to fix the most common problems, such as rotated photos, white backgrounds instead of transparency, or files that come out larger than the original. The list of all tools is a good place to start.

When to expect a reply

ManyFormat is run by one person, so replies usually take a few days. Bug reports that come with clear steps are looked at first.

What happens to your message

Your email is used only to answer you. It is not shared, sold or added to any mailing list, and the conversation is deleted on request. The privacy policy explains the rest.

For partnerships or other business questions, use the same address. We do not sell links or reviews. Ads on the site are handled by Google AdSense.
